Weilheim Ground Station

DLR’s Ground Station Weilheim (ZDBS), operated by the German Space Operations Center (GSOC), links spacecraft with Earth through antennas ranging from 4.5 to 30 metres. It supports two-way telemetry and telecommand, tracking and orbit measurements, multi-mission operations in the L, S, X, Ku and Ka bands, and both near-Earth and deep-space missions. DLR says the station operates around the clock and can support several missions simultaneously. Site visits require a formal invitation and valid passport or ID; longer stays are registered at the gate.
