Eneide was Roberto Vittori's second spaceflight and a short ESA/ASI research mission to the International Space Station. Vittori launched on Soyuz TMA-6 from Baikonur on April 15, 2005 with the Expedition 11 launch crew, reached the station on April 17, and returned to Earth aboard Soyuz TMA-5 with the departing Expedition 10 crew on April 24. ESA described the mission as Vittori's second visit to the ISS, focused on an Italian and European experiment program during his brief stay aboard the station.
