Mir EP-4
Mir EP-4 was Yuri Baturin's short-duration research-cosmonaut visit to Mir. He launched from Baikonur Site 1/5 aboard Soyuz TM-28 with Gennady Padalka and Sergei Avdeyev on August 13, 1998, manually docked with Mir on August 15 after concern about the Kurs automatic system, and worked aboard the station while the EO-25 and EO-26 crews handed over. Baturin then returned with Talgat Musabayev and Nikolai Budarin aboard the older Soyuz TM-27 on August 25.
