Active and successful. Parker Solar Probe became the first spacecraft to fly through the Sun's corona, completed all 24 close approaches in its baseline mission plan by June 2025, and remained healthy after its 28th close approach on June 8, 2026. It continues observations from its record-setting final orbit.
