Soyuz MS-13 launched from Baikonur Site 1/5 on July 20, 2019 UTC with Roscosmos commander Aleksandr Skvortsov, ESA flight engineer Luca Parmitano, and NASA flight engineer Andrew Morgan. The spacecraft docked with the International Space Station later the same day, bringing the crew into Expedition 60 and then Expedition 61. Skvortsov and Parmitano returned aboard Soyuz MS-13 with NASA astronaut Christina Koch on February 6, 2020; Morgan remained aboard the station and later landed on Soyuz MS-15.
