Soyuz MS-27 was a crewed Roscosmos Soyuz mission to the International Space Station. The spacecraft launched from Baikonur Site 31/6 on April 8, 2025, carrying commander Sergey Ryzhikov, Roscosmos flight engineer Alexey Zubritsky, and NASA flight engineer Jonny Kim. After docking with the station, the crew joined Expedition 72 and continued into Expedition 73. Ryzhikov commanded the station for much of Expedition 73, while Zubritsky and Kim supported station research, maintenance, and visiting-vehicle operations. Ryzhikov and Zubritsky also performed two Russian-segment EVAs in October 2025. Soyuz MS-27 undocked and landed in Kazakhstan on December 9, 2025, completing a mission of 244 days, 23 hours, and 16 minutes.
