The spacecraft launched on November 27, 2025, from Baikonur Site 31/6 on a Soyuz-2.1a rocket, carrying commander Sergey Kud-Sverchkov, Roscosmos flight engineer Sergei Mikayev, and NASA flight engineer Chris Williams. It docked with the station's Rassvet module later the same day and supported Expedition 74 operations before undocking on July 26, 2026, and returning its crew to Earth.
