Soyuz TMA-04M launched from Baikonur Site 1/5 on May 15, 2012 UTC and docked with the International Space Station's Poisk module on May 17. The spacecraft carried Roscosmos commander Gennady Padalka, Roscosmos flight engineer Sergei Revin, and NASA flight engineer Joseph Acaba to the station for Expeditions 31 and 32. The crew supported station science, Russian-segment maintenance, visiting-vehicle operations, commercial cargo activity, and expedition handover work before returning to Earth aboard Soyuz TMA-04M on September 17, 2012, landing near Arkalyk, Kazakhstan.
