Soyuz TMA-10M launched from Baikonur Site 1/5 on September 25, 2013 UTC and docked with the International Space Station's Poisk module on September 26 after a fast rendezvous profile. The spacecraft carried Roscosmos commander Oleg Kotov, Roscosmos flight engineer Sergey Ryazansky, and NASA flight engineer Michael Hopkins to the station for Expeditions 37 and 38. The crew supported station science, visiting-vehicle operations, maintenance, and a direct-handover period that included the Soyuz TMA-11M crew and the Olympic torch relay. Kotov, Ryazansky, and Hopkins returned to Earth aboard Soyuz TMA-10M on March 11, 2014, landing near Zhezkazgan, Kazakhstan.
