Soyuz TMA-16 carried Maksim Surayev, Jeffrey Williams, and spaceflight participant Guy Laliberté to the International Space Station. Laliberté returned aboard Soyuz TMA-14 after his visiting mission; Surayev and Williams remained for Expeditions 21 and 22 and landed aboard TMA-16 in Kazakhstan on March 18, 2010.
