Starship Flight 9 was the first reflight of a Super Heavy booster, pairing flight-proven Booster 14 with Ship 35. Both stages completed their ascent burns, but the booster broke up during its landing burn; Ship 35 could not open its payload door, skipped a planned engine relight after losing attitude control, and was lost during its Indian Ocean reentry corridor.
