STS-4
STS-4 was the fourth and final orbital flight test of Space Shuttle Columbia. Thomas Mattingly and Henry Hartsfield launched from Launch Complex 39A on June 27, 1982, operated Department of Defense and commercial payload experiments including CFES and Get Away Specials, and landed at Edwards Air Force Base on July 4.
