The Aero Club of East Africa is a long-established Kenyan aviation club and professional community based at Nairobi's Wilson Airport. Founded as the Aero Club of Kenya in 1927 and renamed in 1928, it has supported the development of civil aviation through flying instruction, competitions, air shows, safety seminars, navigation, aeronautical information, and advice to authorities. Today it brings together pilots, engineers, aircrew, and enthusiasts, provides practical flying and airstrip information, and maintains a durable home for Kenya's general-aviation community.
