African Aeronautics & Space Organisation (AASO)

The African Aeronautics & Space Organisation (AASO) is an independent nonprofit association that mobilizes African and diaspora expertise in aviation and space for the continent's sustainable development. It promotes aeronautical and space science, cross-border technical collaboration, professional and institutional exchange, education and skills development, humanitarian and environmental applications, and partnership projects linking researchers, public bodies, industry, and communities. AASO also runs the biennial African Aeronautics & Space Innovation Trophy and participates in international space-sector cooperation.
