The Air Transport Action Group (ATAG) is a Geneva-based nonprofit association that brings together organizations and experts from across the global air-transport value chain. Its membership spans aircraft and engine manufacturers, airlines, airports, air-navigation services, industry associations, suppliers, leasing, sustainable-fuel producers, tourism, and other partners. ATAG develops shared evidence and policy positions, convenes cross-sector working groups, contributes to governmental and United Nations processes, and coordinates aviation’s work on climate action, sustainable development, connectivity, and economic and social benefits. Founded as a joint industry project in 1990, it became an independent Swiss-law association in 2002.
