The Aircraft Electronics Association (AEA) is a nonprofit aviation trade association founded in 1957 to educate, communicate, and advocate for businesses that manufacture, support, and install flight technologies. Its nearly 1,300 member companies in more than 40 countries include approved maintenance organizations, avionics manufacturers and distributors, instrument specialists, engineers, and training institutions; through technical education, industry information, advocacy, and international representation, AEA works toward safer and more efficient flight.
