The Asociación de Aviadores Civiles Ecuatorianos (ADACE) is Ecuador's national professional association for civil commercial pilots, copilots, and flight engineers. Founded in 1952 and based in Guayaquil, it represents licensed civil flight crews, supports professional training and technical development, defends occupational and social rights, and promotes cooperation across the aviation community. Its current work includes regulatory analysis, operational-risk advocacy, flight-safety engagement, continuing professional support, and liaison with employers and aviation authorities.
