The Association of European Space Research Establishments (ESRE) is a nonprofit association of leading European space-research centres. Formally established in March 2016, ESRE coordinates cooperation and joint research and development among institutions from eight countries—Poland, Italy, Germany, Romania, Spain, the Netherlands, France, and the Czech Republic—to strengthen European space science, technology, and competitiveness. Its rotating board, Strategy Executive Committee, and Technical Advisory Body develop shared positions, coordinate technical work, and engage European institutions, industry, and other space-sector associations; current leadership and secretary activity remain published by ESRE.
