Astrogeology Science Center (USGS)

The U.S. Geological Survey Astrogeology Science Center is a planetary-science research center in Flagstaff that develops geologic, cartographic, remote-sensing, and planetary-data expertise for the Moon, Mars, and other Solar System bodies. Its scientists and products support NASA and international exploration missions, astronaut training, planetary geologic mapping, and curation of extraterrestrial samples.
