Aviation Operators Association of Bangladesh (AOAB)

The Aviation Operators Association of Bangladesh (AOAB) is a nonprofit trade association representing the country’s private aviation operators. Established in 2012, registered through Bangladesh’s Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms, affiliated with the Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry, and recognized by the Ministry of Commerce, its membership spans passenger and cargo airlines, helicopter and general-aviation operators, flight-training providers, and maintenance organizations. AOAB advocates for safe and sustainable operations, practical aviation policy, fair operating conditions, better ground and maintenance infrastructure, professional standards, and coordination between industry, regulators, and government.
