Aviation Professionals' Association of South Africa (AVPA-SA)

The Aviation Professionals' Association of South Africa (AVPA-SA) is a South African nonprofit professional association and registered trade union representing aviation workers across flight operations, air traffic services, aeronautical information, engineering, cabin crew, and remotely piloted aircraft operations. It promotes safe and orderly air transport through technical committees, accident-analysis and human-performance support, professional information exchange, member representation, industrial and legal assistance, and affiliation with the International Federation of Air Line Pilots' Associations. Its national executive and permanent staff coordinate the association from Kempton Park, while its membership and safety work span South African aviation operators and service providers.
