Beyond Earth Institute

The Beyond Earth Institute is a U.S. 501(c)(3) nonprofit space-policy think tank that works toward a permanent, sustainable human presence beyond Earth. It researches and publishes policy and legal recommendations on space settlement, commercial habitats, cislunar development, health and safety, and related governance questions; convenes the Beyond Earth Symposium and regular public programs; and brings together industry, government, academia, and international stakeholders. Its current IRS-reported principal address is in New York City.
