The Cayman Airline Pilots’ Association (CAPA) is a not-for-profit professional association representing airline pilots in the Cayman Islands. Formed in 1988, it promotes aviation safety, professional ethics and competence, protects members’ workplace and professional interests, and provides a forum for pilots to exchange operational knowledge. CAPA also engages airlines, regulators, and government on flight-time limits, fatigue risk, working conditions, and other measures affecting the safety and welfare of pilots and the traveling public, and participates internationally through the International Federation of Air Line Pilots’ Associations.
