Centre for Atmospheric Research (CAR)

The Centre for Atmospheric Research (CAR) is an autonomous NASRDA research and development centre at Anyigba focused on atmospheric, ionospheric, magnetospheric, solar-terrestrial, and space-weather science. CAR operates atmospheric and space-weather facilities including weather, GPS, lightning, magnetometer, optical-imaging, radio-propagation, and geomagnetic instrumentation, and provides research, services, and capacity building for atmospheric and Earth sciences.
