The European Association for Aviation Psychology (EAAP) is a Dutch association founded in 1956 for professionals working in aviation psychology and human factors. With more than 600 members worldwide, it advances aviation safety and human performance through professional networking, conferences and workshops, applied research recommendations, publications, education, accreditation, and guidance for aviation authorities across civil and military aviation. Its current 2026 conference and scientific programme address human factors in design, maintenance, operations, training, fatigue, safety culture, incident learning, and AI-enabled aviation.
