European HEMS and Air Ambulance Committee

The European HEMS and Air Ambulance Committee (EHAC) is a German nonprofit trade association founded in 2000 for organizations providing helicopter emergency medical services and air ambulance operations across Europe. It represents operators and associated organizations before EASA and national and international authorities; develops and promotes common quality, safety, training, equipment, and operational standards; supports pan-European HEMS coverage; collects and shares operational information; and convenes technical symposia, conferences, and education for flight, medical, and technical personnel. EHAC is registered in Munich, Germany.
