The Ghana Air Traffic Controllers Association (GHATCA) is the nonprofit professional association representing air traffic controllers in Ghana. It promotes high standards of knowledge and professional practice in air traffic management, protects members' professional interests and welfare, and works for the safe, orderly movement of aircraft in the Accra flight information region. Its expertise and education work covers air traffic management, aviation safety, remotely piloted aircraft systems, instrument flight procedure design, and search and rescue, with international participation through IFATCA.
