Group on Earth Observations (GEO)

The Group on Earth Observations (GEO) is an intergovernmental coordination framework that connects governments, academia, civil society, and participating organizations to develop and use Earth observations and Earth intelligence for sustainable development, environmental management, disaster resilience, climate action, and other global priorities. GEO coordinates the Global Earth Observation System of Systems (GEOSS) and related work programmes through its Secretariat hosted by the World Meteorological Organization.
