Instituto de Estudios Históricos Aeroespaciales del Perú

The Instituto de Estudios Históricos Aeroespaciales del Perú is a private-law nonprofit association founded in 1981 with the sponsorship of the Peruvian Air Force. It researches, compiles, preserves, and publishes the history of Peruvian aeronautics and space navigation; maintains an aeronautical historical archive and public digital library; supports education and public aerospace awareness; and recognizes people and institutions that contribute to the field. The institute also safeguards historical collections and administers museum activities while operating as a distinct research and heritage organization.
