International Aerospace Womens Association (IAWA)

The International Aerospace Womens Association (IAWA) is a global professional association that advances and connects women leaders across aviation and aerospace. Founded in 1988 as the International Aviation Women's Association, it brings together professionals in airlines, airports, manufacturing, engineering, government, regulation, law, finance, consulting, and space-related work. IAWA develops leadership networks, mentoring and career programs, convenes conferences and regional events, conducts and supports industry research, advocates for greater representation in senior roles, and funds scholarships for the next generation of aerospace professionals.
