International Aerospace Womens Association

The International Aerospace Womens Association is a U.S. 501(c)(3) global aerospace professional association founded in 1988 as the International Aviation Women's Association. IAWA connects and advances women leaders across aviation and aerospace, with members working across airlines, airports, manufacturers, engineering, government, regulation, law, finance, consulting, and space. It provides leadership development, mentoring, scholarships, research, advocacy, conferences, regional networking, and programmes that strengthen the aerospace talent pipeline. Its 2026 rebrand, board, and initiative programme continue the association's current mission to connect, inspire, and lead across the industry.
