The International Coordinating Council of Aerospace Industries Associations (ICCAIA) is the international organization for aerospace industry associations. Founded in 1972, it brings together national and regional associations representing aircraft, space-system, and related aerospace manufacturers and service providers. ICCAIA represents industry expertise to the International Civil Aviation Organization and other international forums, contributing to standards and regulations for safe, secure, efficient, and sustainable air transport and aerospace systems. Its members represent more than 3,000 companies, with experts participating in ICAO panels and working groups; its technical work spans airworthiness, communications, navigation and surveillance, air-traffic management, noise and engine emissions, security, and environmental performance.
