International Institute of Space Law
The International Institute of Space Law (IISL) is an independent non-governmental organization founded in 1960 to foster the development of space law and professional standards, convene legal and policy dialogue, publish studies and position papers, and cooperate with international and national institutions on peaceful space activities. It is an official observer of the United Nations Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space.
