The International Society of Air Safety Investigators (ISASI) is a nonprofit professional society founded in 1964 to advance aviation safety through the exchange of knowledge, experience, and professional expertise in aircraft accident and incident investigation. It connects investigators, regulators, operators, manufacturers, academics, and affiliated national and regional societies worldwide; promotes professional ethics and investigative standards; and provides seminars, educational programs, publications, scholarships, technical exchange, and international cooperation. ISASI's current international office is in Sterling, Virginia, and its active 2026 program includes the International Annual Training Seminar in Boston, regional seminars, and worldwide outreach workshops.
