The International Space Science Institute (ISSI) is a nonprofit foundation under Swiss law, established in Bern in 1995, that advances space and Earth science through independent multidisciplinary research exchange. Its international teams, workshops, working groups, visiting-scientist programs, advanced studies, and publications connect results from space missions, ground observations, and laboratory experiments across solar-system science, planetary science, astrophysics, cosmology, Earth observation, and astrobiology.
