National Air Traffic Controllers Association (NATCA)

The National Air Traffic Controllers Association (NATCA) is a U.S. labor union and aviation-safety organization certified in 1987 to represent air traffic controllers employed by the Federal Aviation Administration, along with engineers and other aviation-safety professionals. NATCA advances the safety and efficiency of the National Airspace System through controller and engineering expertise, staffing and training advocacy, technical and operational policy, legislative engagement, professional education, and continuing safety programs and conferences.
