National Research Institute of Astronomy and Geophysics (NRIAG)

The National Research Institute of Astronomy and Geophysics (NRIAG) is Egypt’s national research institute for astronomy, geophysics, and space science. Established in 1839 and headquartered in Helwan, it operates astronomy, solar-and-space, geodynamics, geomagnetism, seismology, and national-data programs, including astronomical observatories and space-debris tracking research.
