The Nepal Air Traffic Controllers’ Association (NATCA) is Nepal's national nonprofit professional association for air traffic controllers. Established on 20 February 1991 and based at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, it represents more than four hundred professionals. NATCA promotes safe and efficient air traffic services, professional standards, technical training, career development, member welfare, mental-health support, and public awareness of air traffic control. It also convenes workshops, conferences, and regional exchanges and represents Nepal's controller profession through the International Federation of Air Traffic Controllers' Associations.
