Nigerian Air Traffic Controllers’ Association (NATCA)

The Nigerian Air Traffic Controllers’ Association (NATCA) is an independent nonprofit professional body for licensed, retired, and trainee air traffic controllers in Nigeria. It advances the safety, reliability, and efficiency of the country's air traffic management system while supporting professional standards, licensing, training, research, accident investigation, ethics, knowledge exchange, and member welfare. NATCA is nonpartisan and is not constituted as a trade union; it represents Nigerian controllers internationally through the International Federation of Air Traffic Controllers' Associations.
