The OeAW Space Research Institute (IWF) of the Austrian Academy of Sciences is based in Graz and conducts space research on the Solar System, planets and exoplanets, near-Earth space, and space plasma physics. It develops and operates space-qualified instruments for international ESA, NASA, and other space missions, analyzes mission data, and contributes to more than 20 international missions led by ESA, NASA, and other space agencies.
