Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe

The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe is a regional intergovernmental security organization and forum for political dialogue. Its work spans arms control, confidence- and security-building measures, conflict prevention, human rights, economic and environmental security, and implementation of agreements including the Treaty on Open Skies.
