Royal Federation of Aero Clubs of Australia (RFACA)

The Royal Federation of Aero Clubs of Australia (RFACA) is Australia's national federation for grassroots aero clubs and recreational flying. Established through the Australian aero-club movement in 1926, it supports member clubs, flying training, pilot proficiency, sport and competition, youth and community aviation, and recognition of notable achievement. RFACA organizes the Australian Light Aircraft Championships, participates in international club-flying exchange, and administers the Oswald Watt Gold Medal for distinguished contributions to Australian aviation.
