Satish Dhawan Space Centre (SDSC) SHAR is the Indian Space Research Organisation spaceport at Sriharikota, responsible for providing launch-base infrastructure for India’s space programme. Its facilities support vehicle assembly and integration, launch operations, range safety, tracking, and the preparation and launch of orbital and sounding-rocket missions.
