SELPER Internacional

SELPER Internacional is an international nonprofit technical-scientific association for remote sensing, Earth observation, geographic information systems, and related geospatial disciplines. Created in Quito in November 1980, it connects national chapters across Latin America and special chapters in Europe, supports professional and student development, coordinates education and technical committees, publishes specialist work, and organizes courses, workshops, and a biennial international symposium. Its central administration rotates among member countries; the 2024–2026 seat is in Brazil.
