Sindicato de Aeronavegantes de TAM (SAT)

The Sindicato de Aeronavegantes de TAM (SAT) is Paraguay's professional labor organization for the flight crews of TAM Mercosur, now operating in the country's LATAM airline context. It represents members in collective bargaining and labor rights, advocates for safe and fair working conditions for Paraguayan airline crews, and participates in international pilot and aviation-safety solidarity through the International Federation of Air Line Pilots' Associations (IFALPA). SAT is listed as Paraguay's current IFALPA member association from its Asunción headquarters.
