Sindicato de Pilotos de LAN Perú (SIPLAP)

The Sindicato de Pilotos de LAN Perú (SIPLAP) is Peru's national professional union for the pilots of LAN Perú, now represented in current public activity as the Sindicato de Pilotos de LATAM Perú. Founded in 2006 as a nonprofit association, it represents and defends pilot members in labour and collective matters, promotes civil-pilot professionalization and aviation safety, supports technical, language, medical-fitness, and continuing-development services, and participates in national and international pilot cooperation. SIPLAP remains active from its Santiago de Surco office in Lima through current member agreements, professional programs, and safety advocacy.
