Space & Satellite Professionals International (SSPI)

Space & Satellite Professionals International (SSPI) is a global nonprofit professional association for people who research, build, launch, operate, finance, and use space and satellite systems. Founded in 1983 and headquartered in New York City, it connects professionals through international chapters, events, mentoring, workforce research, awards, and career development. Its programs include Women in Space Engagement, the Space & Satellite Hall of Fame, Better Satellite World, and support for emerging professionals across satellite communications, Earth observation, positioning, space science, launch, and operations.
