Stichting Space Court Foundation

Stichting Space Court Foundation is a Dutch/EU nongovernmental organization established in 2024 for the public benefit to advance space-law and space-policy education and research and support the rule of law in space activities. It is an independent Dutch legal entity that cooperates with, and receives grants from, the separate U.S. Space Court Foundation nonprofit. The wider Space Court Foundation program develops the Space Court Law Library, Space Law Research Guide, Big Books of National Space Law, Student Space Law Journal, global internship and rapporteur program, Stellar Decisis, and other research and public-education projects with partners across the international space-law community. The Stichting publishes its Wassenaar mailing address and Dutch registration number KvK 93121393.
