TÜBİTAK (Türkiye Bilimsel ve Teknolojik Araştırma Kurumu)

TÜBİTAK (The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey) is an organization dedicated to enhancing and sustaining Turkey's science and technology capabilities. It coordinates national and international scientific cooperation programs, supports R&D projects, facilitates scientist exchanges, and represents Turkey in global scientific and technological platforms through science diplomacy. They also host a ton of competitions across students. Many aerospace student clubs across Turkish universities compete here, especially in TÜBİTAK Rocket Competition and TEKNOFEST (the huge aerospace/technology festival). Clubs usually design rockets, UAVs, satellites, or drones for these events.
