U R Rao Satellite Centre (URSC), formerly ISRO Satellite Centre, is the lead Indian Space Research Organisation centre for building satellites and developing associated spacecraft technologies. Its end-to-end facilities cover spacecraft conceptualisation, design, development, fabrication, integration, environmental testing, launch preparation, and in-orbit support for communication, navigation, meteorology, remote sensing, space-science, and interplanetary missions.
