Unión Panameña de Aviadores Comerciales (UNPAC)

The Unión Panameña de Aviadores Comerciales (UNPAC) is Panama's national professional union for commercial pilots. Founded in 1967, it brings together pilots as a profession-wide labour organization, represents members in collective bargaining and disputes, promotes aviation's development, supports professional education and technical cooperation, and defends the safety, economic, cultural, and labour interests of commercial aviators and their families. UNPAC remains active through elected leadership, current collective agreements, safety and training initiatives, and international pilot-federation cooperation from its Panama City office.
